Covid 19
Strict measures have been put in place to ensure our guests have a safe stay. Signs and hand sanitizing stations are on hand around the site. The pods are thoroughly cleaned and steamed to an extremely high standard and all staff will wear the correct PPE for cleaning and respect social distancing measures. At Hayton Hideaways we can offer contactless check in and check out procedure if desired. All guests will receive a detailed email prior to arrival to explain everything.
There is at least 14 metres between each pod and they all come with their own double car park space making transfer from vehicle to pod extremely safe. All pods come with their very own en-suite and kitchen facilities, so no need to be in contact with anyone else on site.
- All pods have at least 14 meters distance between, perfect for social distancing.
- We will pay attention particularly to surfaces where guests may come into contact e.g. Door handles, light switches and plugs etc. All doors and windows will be opened to help the fresh air circulate around the pod during cleaning.
- Our staff will always wear the correct PPE e.g. gloves, masks and hand sanitizer will always be at hand to keep themselves and you safe.
- All pods will be thoroughly cleaned with professional grade disinfectant products after each guest has departed to provide a clean and sanitized stay for the next guests.
- All bed linen and towels will be washed on high temperatures.
- All laminated information sheets will be cleaned after each stay.
- Disposable cleaning products will be left in the pod for our guests to use.
- Outdoor furniture will be disinfected and cleaned to a high standard for your safety.
- Our staff will always respect the 2-meter social distancing rule with our guests for yours and our safety, we expect guests to do the same.
- We do have a hand sanitizer dispenser around the site for guests to use. We strongly advise you to use after touching our animals or using the outdoor play equipment.
- Staff will not work at all if showing symptoms of COVID-19.
- Please always respect other guests and staff on site regards to social distancing.

Please note that some pricing and availability of extras may fluctuate due to seasonal stocks and third-party costs. We will endeavour to keep these items up to date regularly but there may be occasional discrepancies.
We do not track individual users to our website using any personally identifiable data. Like all websites we may keep a general record of which pages are most frequently accessed so that we can improve our website in the future.
